The Fowlers are alot like the American toads for breeding, only the
fowlers of course have a different call (almost like an eerie screem in the
night! Or, kind of like the bleet of a sheep.)
The fowlers also begin calling much later than the American toads,
usually late into June. Here it is July and I could probably find some
calling at night still!
Remark:
Leo succeeded in breeding Bufo woodhousii fowleri in spring/summer 2002.
